Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 large Potatoes, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 Sausage, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 medium Carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 3 stalks Green Onion
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sesame Oil

In a skillet over high heat, add 1 tablespoons of cooking oil, then add minced garlic, diced Chinese sausage, and diced potatoes, stir fry several times.

Add cooking wine, and water.

Cover the lid simmer for about 3 minutes.

Then remove the lid add diced carrots, edamame, soy sauce, sugar, chopped green onion, and sesame oil, stir fry to mix well.
