- 1 tbsp All-purpose flour

- ¾ cup Unsalted room temperature butter
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Egg
- 15 oz. Pumpkin puree

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 【Cinnamon Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting】 ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
- ¼ cup Unsalted butter
- ½ cup Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 325°F/170°C and set an oven rack in the middle position.
Grease one bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium speed until just blended.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until very light and fluffy, a few minutes.
Beat in the pumpkin puree. The mixture might look grainy and curdled at this point -- that's okay.
In a medium bowl, dusting flour all 【Dry Ingredient】; set aside.
Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix on low speed until combined.
Turn the batter into the prepared pans, dividing evenly, and bake for 65-75 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pans for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
In a large bowl, cream the softened cream cheese and butter together with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract, mix one minute. Add salt and batches of powdered sugar, mixing well in between batches until completely smooth.
Place in a pastry bag to decorate the completely cooled cake.
