  • 10 oz. Kabocha
  • ㅤMeatball Seasoning
  • 12 oz. Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, minced
  • tbsp. Green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. White pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • ㅤSoup
  • 1 Qt Water
  • 1 can Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Green onions

Cut the kabocha into small pieces. Don't peel the pumpkin skin. It tastes delicious.

Put ground pork in a bowl, add all the 【Meatball Seasoning】ingredents, then mix thoroughly.

In a pot over high heat, add water and bring to a boil then add chicken broth and pumpkin.

Shape the seasoned ground pork into meatballs and put them in the pot.

Add Shaoxing cooking wine and cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Add salt and chopped green onion.
