  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cup Spinach
  • 3 Small Basil slices
  • 2 tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. White Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Butter ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
  • For The Ravioli
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 8 small Ravioli
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt

In a medium heated pan add the onions, garlic and cook until soft and translucent. Add the spinach, cook until wilted.

Blend the mixture until pureed.

Place the puree into a pan, add the cream, nutmeg, parmesan butter and seasoning.

Add the ravioli to a pot of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Drain the ravioli and fry on both sides until a light golden.

Pour some spinach sauce onto the base of your heated dish and place the ravioli on top decoratively.
