  • 3 large Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 250 g Bread flour
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 piece Apple, sliced
  • 1/4 piece Pumpkin, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Cardamom
  • Powdered Sugar

Whisk the eggs and sugar thoroughly until it becomes airy.

Heat the milk and the butter in the small saucepan until the butter has melted. Combine the buttermilk mixture into the egg mixture.

Combine the bread flour, flour, and baking powder. Slowly add the flour mixture over the egg mixture until well-combined.

Brush the cake molder with butter and dust with bread flour.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Then, thinly slice the apple and the pumpkin. Place the slices of apple and pumpkin on top of the cake batter.
