This lamb chop recipe so easy, but so good. Cut a rack of lamb into individual chops, stir fry them with scallion, cumin and other aromatic spices, and you’ll have the most tender and flavorful lamb chop ever.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lb. Lamb Ribs 
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Smoked Paprika 
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cumin Powder  
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce  
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine  
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt 
  • 0.5 tsp. Ground Black Pepper 
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic 
  • 0.5 cup Green Onion, Chopped 
  • 2 oz. Large Scallion, Chopped
  • 3 oz. Onion,  Shredded
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Sichuan Peppercorn Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 2 oz. Green and Red Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Dried Cumin

Cut the lamb ribs into pieces.

Marinate the lamb chops for 2 hours with the following ingredients: smoked paprika,  cumin powder, soy sauce, white wine, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.

Add a little oil in a cooking pan, fry both sides of the lamb chops until brown. Set aside.

In the same pan, put the minced garlic, green onion pieces, large scallion segments, onion rings, and stir fry a little while. Then add green and red bell pepper and continue to stir fry.

In the same pan, put the lamb chops into the pan, add salt (to taste) and cumin granules. Quickly stir fry a few times to complete.
