INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Qt Salted chicken stock
  • ½ cup Miso
  • 4 large Scallops
  • 8 oz. Soft tofu
  • 5 oz. Mussels
  • 5 oz. Shrimp
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh peas

Cut tofu into cubes, then soak in cold water. Set aside.

In a stockpot over high heat, add chicken broth and miso, and bring to a boil. Add scallops and tofu and let it cook for 3-5 minutes, then add mussels, shrimps, salt, and white pepper.

When boiling, remove some of the foams. Add fresh pea in the end.
