  • 2 oz Banana
  • 2 oz Peach
  • 2 oz Spinach
  • 5 oz Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 count Large sea scallops, tough foot muscles removed
  • 10 g Pine Nuts
  • 10 g Butter
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp White wine
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Mango
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Lemon

Slice strawberry, banana, and peach; set aside.

Cut mango and pour into a blender; add honey and lemon juice; blend well and pour into a glass; set aside.
