INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 oz Spam
  • 15 g Chili Pepper
  • 1 oz Onion
  • 1 oz Mushroom
  • 3 oz Water Chestnut
  • 3 oz Imitation Crab
  • 3 oz Scallop
  • 15 g Green Onion
  • 8 oz Steam Rice
  • 3 oz Olive oil
  • 3 count Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Chopped spam, chili pepper, onion, mushroom, water chestnut, crab meat, and scallop; set aside.

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in the skillet; add chopped onions and stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color.

Add shrimp, scallop and stir; scramble 3 eggs and pour into the skillet and stir-fry until 70% cooked.

Add mushroom, steamed rice and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, black pepper; mix in water chestnut, spam, crab meat, chili pepper, green onion, and stir-fry for approximately 30 second.
