Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Beef flank steak
  • 2 oz. Onion, cut into small pieces
  • 1 oz. Red and green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 oz. Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 oz. Garlic, cut into small slices
  • Beef Marinade
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar

Cut beef into about ¼ in. thick pieces. Tenderise beef by using the spine of the knife gently pound both sides of beef.

In a mixing bowl, add beef and sugar, cornstarch, baking soda, soy sauce and egg, marinate for 2 hours.

In another bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, honey and sugar, and blend well.

Oil cooking surface, at medium to high heat, saute both sides of marinated beef pieces.

Then gather to the side, add tomato, onion, garlic and bell pepper, and stir fry, add cooking old and water to keep foods on cooking surface moisten.

Mix beef and vegetables, add sauce prepared at (3) keep stir frying until sauce is thickened.
