Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Beef Flank Steak
  • 1.3 lb Noodles, Cooked
  • 5 tbsp Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 tbsp Purple Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • tbsp Carrot, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Mushroom, Thinly Sliced
  • tbsp Green Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • tbsp Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 tbsp Bean Sprout
  • 2 tsp Garlic(Smashed)
  • ½ tbsp [Marinate] Soy Sauce
  • ½ tbsp [Marinate] Saki (Japanese Cooking Wine)
  • 1 tbsp [Marinate] Corn Starch
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce (Half For Beef; Half For Noodles)
  • 4 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp White Wine
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar

Cut beef into thin pieces. Cut against the grain, as shown in the video.

In a container, add beef pieces and marinating ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Over medium heat, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and stir fry all the vegetables for 2~3 minutes and set aside. Add 1 tbsp water during the cooking to help the veggies cook faster.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil over high heat on the griddle, stir in marinated beef and add in water, white wine, and soy sauce. Stir well until beef is evenly coated and about 70% cooked. Set aside.

Add noodles, oyster sauce, sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, chinese black vinegar, water, and stir well to cook for 1 minute.

Add black pepper, cooked beef, and vegetables, and toss to cook all the ingredients for 1 minute.
