Slow-Roasted Salmon With Oranges and Chillies

Salmon is a really healthy protein to add to your diet and now you can make a dish with it that is tangy with a kick.

  • Vegetables
  • 1 ea. Medium fennel bulb, sliced
  • 1 ea. Navel orange, thinly sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 ea. Blood orange, thinly sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 ea. lemon, thinly sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 ea. Key lime, thinly sliced, seeds removed
  • 4 sprig Fresh dill
  • 1 ea. Dried de arbol chiles
  • 2 ea. Garlic
  • ¾ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • For The Salmonㅤ
  • 2 lb. Skinless salmon fillet, preferably center-cut
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • tsp Flaky sea salt
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Preheat oven to 275°F/135°C.
