Spinach and Shrimp Salad

  • ½ cup Grape tomatoes

  • 4 oz. Baby spinach
  • ½ lb. Cooked shrimp
  • ½ cup Cooked Green Peas

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes, and slice the onion, carrot, shallots and celery. Set aside.

Pour olive oil into the pot, heat it over medium-high heat, add onion, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, grape tomatoes, and salt. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes, or until will become soft and transparent.
