  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1/2 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • ㅤForTomato and Potato
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Mashed Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, Diced
  • 1 large Tomato, Diced
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 4 stalks Fresno Chili Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon

Slice the chicken breast.

Marinade with salt, egg white, and cornstarch to marinate for 20 minutes

Put the butter in the pan and turn on medium heat. Put the potatoes in the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the color changes.

Add black pepper, salt, minced garlic, onion, and citron to make fragrant. Then add tomato paste, chicken broth, Italian spices and salt.

Boil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, then add some sugar, put the chicken slices in the pot and cook one by one.
