  • 3 oz. Shrimp, Peeled
  • 1 oz. Onion, Sliced Into Thin Strips
  • 3 oz. Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 oz. Purple Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 oz. Carrot, Sliced Into Thin Strips
  • 1 oz. Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Into Thin Strips
  • 1 oz. Green Onion, Diced
  • 7 oz. Egg Noodles
  • 1 tbsp. Chef’s Green Onion Oil (Add Reference Link)
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sweet Black Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 oz. Bean Sprouts
  • 0.5 Fresh Lemon, Juiced
  • Marinate

  • 1 count Egg White
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cornstarch

Slice and shred the chicken breast.

Mix chicken breast with salt, egg white, and starch, which will make the chicken more tender.
