  • 3 oz. Chinese Bacon
  • 3 oz. Celtuce, Sliced
  • 1 oz. Carrot, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch Water (2 Tbsp Cornstarch Mixed With 1 Tbsp Water)
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil

Cut bacon into thin slices.

Then cut into thin slices. Cut carrots into slices.

In a cooking pan over high heat, add about 2 tablespoons cooking oil, and stir fry bacon until sizzling.

Add cooking wine, water, celtuce, carrots, salt, and sugar. Stir to mix well.
