To many Chinese households, pork belly is a staple for Chinese holidays. With its high meat-to-fat ratio, it is both flavorful and nutritious. However, pork belly can be a little rich by itself, so with cooked cabbage and carrots there is a good balance of sweet pork meat and refreshing vegetables. This stir fry recipe will show you how to make this Chinese delicacy at home.
