  • 5 oz. Ground pork
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. White pepper powder
  • 0.5 cup Minced ginger
  • 0.25 cup Minced chopped green onion
  • 1 count Egg
  • 7 oz. Bitter melon
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch

Combine ground pork, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, white pepper powder, chopped ginger, chopped green onion and egg in a mixing bowl, blend completely.

Cut the bitter melons into 1-inch sections crosswise.

Remove the seeds in the center.

Marinate bitter melon into the salt (a little) water for 10 minutes.

Wash away the salt with water, and dry it.
