Ingredients:
  • lb. Squid

  • oz. Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • oz. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • ㅤ ㅤCrispy Coating
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • ㅤCooke The Squid
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 large Lemon zest
  • 1 large Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • ㅤGarnish
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, split
  • 2 slices Lemon

In a bowl, mix the chopped tentacles and wings of the squid to the breadcrumb, add chopped parsley, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and olive oil mix well.
