Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Chicken Wings 
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 300 g Potato
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Rock Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1 oz. Chopped Green Onion 
  • 1 oz. Julienned Onion  
  • 1 oz. Julienned Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 counts Star Anise
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Ginger
  • 0.1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 0.1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 bottle Beer 12 oz (355 g)
  • Seasoning
  • 1 bottle Beer 12 oz (355 g)
  • 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce

Make a couple of cuts on each wing.

Marinate the wings with the mixture of minced garlic, soy sauce, a couple of slices ginger, black pepper, salt and a bottle of beer for 2 hours

On a heated teppan cooktop, grease the surface with butter, fry the marinated chicken wings and potato slices until golden on both sides.

Pour about half of a bottle of beer to the chicken and cover with a lid for a couple of minutes.

Mix chicken wings and potato slices together; add oyster sauce, minced garlic, rock sugar, honey, chopped green onion, julienned onion, julienned red pepper, star anises, soy sauce, and black pepper; toss to mix well.

Add another half bottle of the beer.

Cover with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is thicken.
