Prepare marinating sauce. In a large glass bowl, add in Sake, Diluted Maltose, Mirin, Garlic, Ginger, Red Bell Pepper, Squeezing lemon juice in, mixing well.

Marinate salmon for 30 min.

At low to medium heat, add 1 Tbs olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, put in salmon, fry one side till golden brown. Turn it over fry the other side till golden brown. Add in marinating sauce, simmering, turn it over occasionally till sauce is thicker.
