  • 10 Jumbo Tiger prawns

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Stir-fry The Tiger Prawns
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • tsp Ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 can Cream style corn
  • ¼ cup Fresh corn
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Green peas

Peel and devein tiger prawns.

Put them in a bowl; add【Cleaning】and gently wash them using your fingers. (Gently wash the pawns to prevent break the shape. Completely wash off the salt and baking soda in cold water to prevent odor.)

Then wash the prawns in cold water to remove the dirtiness, salt, and baking soda. Change the water 2-3 times if necessary.

In a cooking pan over medium-low heat, add butter and prawns, fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper as a basic flavor.

Then continually add canned creamy corn and fresh corn kernels, chicken broth, and salt as seasonings, gently stir for a few seconds then remove from heat. (Add chicken broth will enrich the taste. if there is salt in chicken broth, pay attention to the amount of salt when seasoning.)

Add sugar and egg gently stir until ribbons are formed. Add green pea at last. Serve at once. (Turn off the heat before adding the egg, thus the egg drops are more smooth and tender.)
