- 【For The Egg Yolk】 ㅤ ㅤ
- 3 large Egg yolk
- 3 oz Granulated sugar
- 15 oz Mascarpone cheese
- 【For The Egg White】 ㅤ ㅤ
- 3 large Egg white
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 【Assemble】 ㅤ ㅤ
- 16 oz Coffee
- 10 oz Ladyfingers
- 【Garnish】 ㅤ ㅤ
- ⅓ cup Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together.
Whip the egg whites and salt until stiff.
Add the mascarpone and mix well.
Finally, add the whipped egg whites and continue to mix until you get a soft and fluffy cream.
Put a layer of cream on the bottom of the plate.
Pass the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them on the cream. Then we put a layer of cream covering them completely.
Make another layer of ladyfingers with coffee and another layer of cream covering the sides of the cake as well. (Depending on how deep is your container makes another layer of cream and coffee dipped ladyfingers.)
Put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours after completion. Sift cocoa powder and powdered sugar on top.
