Tofu Skin & Bell Peppers

- 1 sheet Dried tofu skin
- 1 loaf of Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 loaf of Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Ground salt, divided
- 1 cup Bean sprout
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- ㅤ ㅤ Cilantro
Soak the dry soy skin in water.
Remove the softened soy skin from water, then shred it into strips.
Shred the red and green bell pepper.
Bring a pot of water to boil, add ½ tsp salt first, then quickly pass the bean sprout, shredded red and green bell pepper, and soy skin strips in the boiling water for 20-30 seconds.
Remove from the boiling water, cool in ice-cold water and drain.
Then place on a plate.
Add ½ tsp salt, sugar, mashed garlic, sesame oil and cilantro, mix well and serve.
