- 1 Block Tofu
- ¼ tsp Salt

- ½ tbsp Cooking Oil
- 5 oz Ground Pork
- 2 oz Virginia Ham, Minced
- 2 tsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, Minced
- 1 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Peas & Carrot
- ¼ tsp White Pepper
- 2 tbsp Slurry( 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of Water. )
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ½ tbsp Green Onion, Chopped
Tap the tofu on all sides to let air into the packaging. Pour out the tofu out.
Cut it into small pieces and put it in water.
Cut the ham into strips and mince. The ham increases the freshness and flavor. Put the ham in a bowl.
Boil water, add some salt, and put the tofu in a pot. Cook over low heat, so that the tofu will be delicious without falling apart.
Put a little bit of oil in the pot and fry the ground pork. After frying it until it is yellow, put the minced ham in the pot. Pour a little cooking wine, then add the minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onion.
Pour in a little cooking wine, chicken broth, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce then stir. Pick up the tofu, put it in a pot and boil over low heat.
Then add green beans and diced carrot. Sprinkle a little white pepper and thicken the soup with starch.
The stirring action must be light, otherwise the tofu will break easily. Put some sesame oil and stir gently.
