Ingredients:

  • 1 Block Tofu
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • ㅤFor The Ham
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 5 oz. Ground Pork
  • 2 oz. Virginia Ham, Minced
  • 2 tsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Peas & Carrot
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Slurry( 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of Water. )
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Tap the tofu on all sides to let air into the packaging. Pour out the tofu out.

Cut it into small pieces and put it in water.

Cut the ham into strips and mince. The ham increases the freshness and flavor. Put the ham in a bowl.

Boil water, add some salt, and put the tofu in a pot. Cook over low heat, so that the tofu will be delicious without falling apart.

Put a little bit of oil in the pot and fry the ground pork. After frying it until it is yellow, put the minced ham in the pot. Pour a little cooking wine, then add the minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onion.
