  • 4 slices 4 Each 1/4” Slices Day Old Bread (Baguette or Sourdough), Cut in Half
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 large Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 2 Medium 3 Each, Medium Vine Ripe Tomatoes, or Heirloom When in Season
  • 1 cup Cucumber, cut into cube size
  • 1 Medium Avocado, cut into cube size
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pack Mixed Lettuces
  • tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1012 Basil Leaves

Cut the bread into small pieces. Thinly slice garlic.

For the dressing: In a salad bowl, mix in garlic and red wine vinegar. Allow marinating for 3-4 minutes.

Slice onions and add to the salad bowl.

Cut tomatoes and cucumbers. Add to the salad bowl.

Cut Avocado into 1-inch pieces and season with salt, add to bowl.

Add pieces of bread. Add lettuces and mix. Check the seasoning.
