Vegetable oyster pancake is easy to make. This dish is the perfect combination of vegetables and oysters, all mixed integrated in a creative way.

Shuck the oysters out of their shells and cut the meat into small chunks.

In a large mixing bowl add the sliced oyster meat, diced cabbage, carrot, broccoli, green onion, diced onion, and cilantro. Next add the seasoning: salt, black pepper, minced ginger, and white pepper. Lastly add eggs, flour, sweet potato flour and white wine. Mix all it together until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Add 2tbsp/30 ml cooking oil in a medium-sized pan over low heat. Pour the batter into the pan so that it is spread evenly.
