  • 0.5 cup Softened Butter
  • 0.7 cup Sugar
  • 3 count Eggs
  • PASTRY CREAM
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 count Egg Yolk
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Cornstarch
  • ITALIAN MERINGUE
  • 2 count Egg White
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.7 cup Softened Butter [BUTTER CREAM]
  • STRAWBERRIES
  • 30 count Strawberries
  • 3 tbsp. Strawberry Spread
  • 2 tbsp. Honey

Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Butter and prepare the pan. Sieve the almond powder with the flour. Sieve the almond powder with the flour. Add the egg one by one. Add the dry mixing. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool down on a rack.

Cut the almond cake. Add the strawberry spread. Add the strawberries. Fill with cream. Even up the top. Chill in fridge. Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries on the top.
