Taste of France – Season 1 | Antonin Bonnet – Quinsou

In central Paris lies a very elegant yet humble restaurant called Quinsou, created by chef Antonin Bonnet. Today we’ll learn more about the story on how he got his first Michelin star, why he created his own butchers shop, his Korean inspirations that has really defined his food, and of course we’ll also go outside of Paris to meet with his favourite producer.
